Faith Formation for Grades 1-5
Word of Life Program
We are dedicated to assisting parents in providing religious education and formation for their children. The Word of Life program offers children weekly classes at the parish to set a firm foundation in understanding the faith.
Additional Information
The Word of Life program for grades 1-5 meets on Wednesday Evenings from 6-7:15 PM.
Families are encouraged to join our Wednesday Night Meals before classes from 5-6 PM.
To help parents continue their own journey of faith and to help integrate the faith into the family, we offer Devoted Family Nights on the first Wednesday of every month. These meetings run during your child's class time and cover a range of topics of interest to adults: Prayer, Scripture, Tradition, Catholic Living, and More.
Our Word of Life program will continue the walk started in the CGS atrium, and lead our younger students through the Catechism with vivid sacred art reflections, stories of the saints, games, role-plays, and critical thinking questions to provide them an opportunity to reflect on the Lord working in their own lives.
