Faith Formation Registration

• The recommended way to register is to login to the Parish Engagement System and register from there. This will autofill current profile information and will allow you update any information that is incorrect. It will make filling the form easier and will update your records with current information.
• The deadline is August 30th in order to adequately prepare supplies and give teachers time to prepare name tags, etc. Those registering late may not be eligible to participate until a later date.

Students who are enrolled in RCCSS (Catholic School) are receiving faith formation through the school. They are encouraged to participate if they choose. However, Sacramental Preparations must be done through the church.

•  When entering your child's profile information, please use the email and phone number of the primary contact (It may suggest that for easy input). This will allow teachers and staff to communicate directly with you about your child, class updates, etc. 
• When entering information that is new or different, please check the box "Update profile."
• Older youth (Life Teen) may have cell phone numbers and emails. - These would be used only in accordance with Safe Environment Standards.
• Continue through the whole form and select "Save Registrant", on the next screen you will be given the option to add another or submit. 
• If you are logged in: When adding another registrant there will be a drop down menu that will allow you to select another member of your household (that has not already been entered). If the family member is not in your family record, you can select the option to add someone new.
• Maiden Name - This field is important for Sacramental Record information. Under the mother's information, please add this information. It is only viewed by the staff and by those who might enter the formal records in our books.

• Very Important: Please enter the payment information only once. It will appear for each member, but to ensure that you do not overpay, fill it out one time. 
• Standard Formation Cost: The fee is $40 per student. By filling out the payment form once the system will enforce that you families only pay for 3 students with a $120 limit. (Adult formation options are free). 
• Sacramental Preparation Cost: The fee is $40 per student. By filling out the payment form once the system will enforce that you families only pay for 3 students with a $120 limit. 
• Total Family Payment: Standard formation and Sacramental Preparation are separate programs and are charged independently. The total cost of classes for a family should not exceed $240.
• Scholarship Donations: You may voluntarily contribute in increments of $5 to our scholarship fund. This will go towards families requesting scholarships for faith formation, parish sponsored events and seminars, youth outings and retreats, etc. 
• Pay Online or by Check/Cash: The form will allow you to pay with your debit or credit card instantly. If you would like to pay by Cash or Check you may select "Pay Later." Payment is due by August 30th.
• Scholarship Requests: You may request a scholarship for your family by filling out the promo code "Scholar" at check-out.
• Volunteer Tuition - Our program relies on volunteers. If you elect to volunteer weekly with the indicated options, tuition for all programs is free. Select the appropriate service and then use promo code "100" at checkout. - See Volunteering Below

•  This program is open to Pre-K - Grade 2
• Students must be potty-trained.
• Parents must drop off and pick up their children from the atrium (class). Siblings (14+) or other trusted adults may pick up your child but only if it is pre-arranged.
• If CGS is your preferred choice and there is not available space, you will be contacted with options.
• Students registering for LVL 2 must have completed at least 1 year of LVL 1.
• As there is limited space and a cumulative curriculum, we would encourage parents to select this option only if they are able to commit weekly for the school year.

•  Students will meet in the parish hall at 6:00 PM (Following the Dinner) and their teachers will take them down to the classrooms. 
• Parents of Grades 1 & 2 must pick up their children from their classroom. Siblings (14+) or other trusted adults may pick up your child, but only if it is pre-arranged.
• Parents are highly encouraged to use the many resources that are provided to them with the Word of Life Program.

•  Students registered for EDGE are expected to attend on Wednesdays Evenings.
• They are also eligible to participate in the optional Going Deeper and FREDGE (Friday Night EDGE) programs.

•  Registering your youth for Life Teen is important for planning, safety, and outreach. 
• This program is flexible and it thrives because youth participate voluntarily. 
• Friends are always welcome, but for planning and safety, we will have them fill out an emergency contact form. 
• Youth enrolled are also eligible to participate in the optional Going Deeper and SNAC (Sunday Night At Church) programs.

• 3rd Wednesday Devoted Formation Evenings
• OCIA - For those looking to become Catholic or those who want to walk through the fundamentals of our faith. 
• Cor ad Cor - Men and women's groups that teach and practice prayer in fellowship.
• Short Studies (4-8 weeks) - There are several studies offered throughout the year, select this option if you are interested in more information. 

First Sacraments is for children who need First Reconciliation and First Communion.

• First Sacraments 1 is for students in 1st or 2nd Grade.
• First Sacraments 2 is for students in 2nd or 3rd grade who have completed 1. 
• First Sacraments 3 is for youth in grades 3-5 who have not completed First Sacraments 1. 
• First Sacraments 4 is for youth in Grades 6+ who require First Reconciliation, First Communion, and Confirmation. 
• Confirmation 1 is for students in 6th Grade.
• Confirmation 2 is for students in 7th graders who have completed Confirmation 1.
• Students in grade 7+, needing only Confirmation and who have not completed Confirmation 1 should sign up for First Sacraments 4.

If this member does not need Sacramental Preparation please select:  "No Sacramental Preparation."

The options below with (*) indicate the volunteer options that qualify for free family tuition.

• * Adult Faith Formation - Training and materials provided.
• * Wednesday Night Dinner Prep Team - Assist in the making of the meals.
• Wednesday Night Dinner & Service - Select nights you are able to help.

Volunteers make all of the offerings of our church possible. Please consider increasing participation in our community.  This section includes personal interests and non-faith formation volunteering. Review these options and select the ones that are appropriate for each family member.
